To showcase your sale for the best possible results and profit, we have a professional photographer on staff. 

 We clean each item, arrange and price to be pleasing to the eye of the purchaser and organize in a way that buyer sees quickly what is available.  The pictures are posted prior to the sale on  Anyone viewing the pictures can contact us for additional information. 

Sales may cover many styles of furniture, decor,  lighting, and  tools from historical to present day.  Your sale does not have to include antiques.  We showcase all sales for your benefit.  This is why professional pictures are so important. We can post as many pictures as necessary. In fact we have set aside an additional 2 pages for pictures of  your sale. Print media , multiple websites and social networking such as a Facebook link is another way we promote your sale. As you can see, our goal is for your sale to be successful. 

In the event we mutually feel  you do not have enough items for a full sale on the property or you prefer not to have the sale in the home, we have the option of relocating the sale. Here we put several families sales
together and create one big sale which always draws large crowds, sometimes from all over the country. On occasion one family may have a very large sale they prefer be held at a different location than their home. We usually hold these sales once a quarter or more often if we see we have enough for a sale earlier. This option allows you the opportunity to move on with your plans or to remain in the property while the sale is being conducted.
